I want to say Alabama wins this game. However Alabama has a running back playing QB.... So I don't know.

Amazing to me Alabama doesn't have a QB.

The RB they have, who plays QB, is generally projected as a top 10 draft pick, as a QB.

FWIW...

If Alabama loses, will OM take their place in the playoffs?

I assume Alabama will get in at 9-3 merely because they're Alabama. But not at 8-4 with a loss to Vanderbilt.

All I know is, if Alabama wins I don't see any way that OM has a path to the playoffs.

So, for this one day, I am a Bama fan.

We all knew it would happen eventually but has any team fallen further than Alabama is just one year?

Well, I guess you gotta define your terms.

I figure we fell about 30 spots. From about 50th to about 80th.

Bama only fell about 10 spots.

Pretty sure no one in the country has fallen as far as we have in the course of two seasons.

I would guess State would come in about 135. But I just saw there are only 134 FBS teams, so, I feel confident there are several FCS teams that could beat this bunch!

Over that two years we’ve lost everything. AD, two complete coaching staffs with two completely different coaching philosophies , and probably 70-80% turnover in players. I don’t recall wholesale transfers when Saban retired. They changed coaches and returned the majority of a playoff team from last year yet they have looked absolutely mediocre this year.

I kept flipping back to see how Gary was acting over on CBS. It was fun not having to hear him call a Bama game.

They're not the Alabama of old, but if the edge of the 12 team playoff is mediocre, I want some mediocrity now.

He sucks azz

Unless he’s Lamar Jackson I don’t see it in the nfl. Someone will waste a pick tho

I would never try to guess how a QB projects to the NFL, but Milroe has a lot of good qualities. In the right situation, it would not surprise me to see him have success.

If you could, you would make millions working for an NFL team. The track record for highly drafted QBs is pretty dismal. But I don't think Milroe is a plus NFL QB.

I’m being harsh, just remember watching him play Michigan and being clueless against a defense that forces him to make reads and throw from the pocket.

Scouts are scouts, and I’m not one. The nfl took Tebow, Jamies, cam newton, Jamarcus Russell, and Manziel so there’s that
