Just turned it on... So far Arsenal doesn't look great.

two minor heart attacks so far.

barcelona already scored, that about wraps up their passage to the last 8.

and the sevilla - fenerbace tie continues to entertain. already 2-0 to sevilla.

and now gallas is hurt.

milan putting a lot of pressure on now. i honestly don't think that we'll go into halftime on even terms. milan picking out way too much space in our back four.

on the other hand, with all the men milan are pushing forward, one counterattacking away goal is all we need...

Things are looking a little better, though Milan seemingly have 18 men behind the ball.

And is it just me or is this ref is really questionable? Bad call on the yellow he just gave to Hleb for "diving."

Where is the ref from? It seems like anytime a Milan player falls it is a foul on Arsenal.

Adebayor seems like he is taking entirely too many touches around the 18 - gives the Milan D time to shut him down.

what an awesome half ... except for the scoreline. within a whisker of sending eboue through right on the stroke of halftime.

it's been quite the entertaining tie. arsenal and milan 0-0 an aggregate through a match and a half ... fenebace and sevilla have scored 9. wasn't paying attention to sevilla's first, but the second was a cracker. nothing the keeper could do about the third, wicked deflection.</p>i'm nervous.

How in the Rule 17 was that not a foul on Hleb??? And he gets carded? WTF!!!

This ref did the Arsenal loss to the Dutch team (Herneveen or Ajax?) last year - and he was just as bad!

Ouch, though as dominate as Milan has been in the Champions League, I don't think anyone thought Arsenal would put 2 in the net. I'm looking forward to the Inter/Liverpool match tomorrow.

What the hell happened? I went to take a shower figuring I'd only miss a few minutes but banking on the fact that I'd catch extra time. 2-0? What the hell?

Just a quick question. Did anyone watching the Arsenal v AC Milan game hear? - Brett Favre retired today... Jeez. If I saw that headline scroll across the screen one more time, I was going to throw the remote thru the TV!

Wow... they saved the best for last. I certainly didn't have Fabregas from 30 yards as my game-winning scenario!

Whew... I think Arsenal was either better rested or in better condition than Milan. ACM looked really tired out there - particularly after about 30 minutes of the first half, Arsenal was winning most all 50/50 balls.

I think it was a good result - Arsenal deserved the win. I was afraid it was going to be one of those dominating performances where ACM would get one corner late and break our hearts.

Go Gunners! All the way to Moscow!!!

fabregas with a 25 yard strike in the 84', off a bit of a counter if a recall correctly. picture perfect strike into the bottom left corner.

then milan streaming forward, had to score two, walcott down the right side, fought off a tackle, cross across the box to adebayor to tap in easily. 92'.

I have a feeling in the "random drawing" for the next round, it will be Arsenal v Barcelona. They won't be able to resist the Henry angle I bet.

Can't believe I missed the entire second half... My boss had an impromptu meeting right as it was getting underway. Though, I'll happily take the 2-0 win. Great job Gunners!

Tivo. Thanks to all for keeping the score out of the subject line all day. What a huge win for the Gunners. That really should recover some of the lost momentum after the FA Cup asswhipping and the two ugly draws in the Premiership. Awesome job. I'm sure the draw will pair us with Man United again. The "random" draw.
