Assuming it’s senior day. Let him play a lot. I one appreciate the sacrifice he has made this year. He’s been a great teammate on the sideline you can tell.
I understand the sentiment, but I think we need to have Debo’s mentality and just treat this as business as usual. Alabama or Georgia or any other kind of team like that would treat us like a regular game and run out their starters. The last thing I want to risk is for our starters to come out sluggish from having not played for a week.
Sorry, but no. Ashford should get time, but not start. Sellers is the program's future and needs all the work he can get. Hopefully, we can get the game over with in a half and get Ashford some time.Assuming it’s senior day. Let him play a lot. I one appreciate the sacrifice he has made this year. Ideally, we can pop out to a four touchdown lead pretty early in the game and then get backups in even before the half.True, I just think injuries.
Yep stay sharp. Not so sure about that. Sellers was mighty rusty when he didn't play the Akron game.
If I have my way, we're up 35 or so before halftime & all key cogs we can't do without are pulled.Yep stay sharp.
For one thing, if Ashford were starting, that means he'd be getting the reps in practice. We need Sellers and Co. to just stay in the routine of game prep. Gameday preparation. They need to keep the mental preparation up as well as the physical.
We don't tend to get ourselves into that position, but I hope your wish materializes. If I have my way, we're up 35 or so before halftime & all key cogs we can't do without are pulled.
No doubt!! This will probably be a 17-6-type game at the half.... even though it shouldn't be.We don't tend to get ourselves into that position, but I hope your wish materializes.
