The Bear is really good, although can be a little stressful at times. Second season is about to drop, too.
Fleishman is in Trouble is very good, and it doesn't end up where you think it will
Only Murders in the Building is fun & entertaining, although frankly I thought it could have been a movie instead of a show.
Abbott Elementary is a funny & good sitcom with some heart.
The Patient is also a little stressful but a really interesting take on the serial killer genre. It was a little hard at first watching Steve Carrell play a serious role but he's a damn good actor.
Haven't seen these yet but on the list: The Dropout (about Elizabeth Holmes), Candy (ax murder in Texas in 1980; I'm watching the show Love and Death on HBO about the same event and it's OUTSTANDING)
