He may turn out to be good but it’s a risk as he’s another unproven hire. At work I’ve seen young up-comers that work their *** off and are more valuable than tenured employees but I’ve also seen young employees that can talk the talk and that’s about as far as it goes.
My second thought is this round of hires makes me think Selmon isn’t in charge of the AD. We saw this same crap with Cohen (Go cheap and hope it works out). I think Keenum is pulling the strings in our AD.
