44,000 will be announced. Actual fan count (which they can do with the ticket scanners assuming they are working) will be 14,000. The only thing which may sway it larger would be the fact its Homecoming so there will be some extra people there for that but otherwise it will be a ghost town. The Junction was very bare of tents and people last weekend

I heard Homecoming Queen's dad told her she can walk herself because he is refusing to go to the game to watch that defense.***

Tailgating hasn't really recovered from Pre Covid levels. Also hurts with the incident last year that caused Keenum to ban speakers from the junction causing it to be a ghost town the rest of the year (and maybe ****** football to blame too). Most people think that ban is still in effect but all that signage that was in the junction last year is gone so some are bringing them back but most aren't. Really bothers me how last week the weather was practically perfect for tailgating and hardly a soul was out there.

Even if this team were 4-4 the attendance would be bad. 3 straight home games in a row and the third one being UMass. Gross

Allowing the guy who cares for my 97-year old Dad to use my tickets this weekend. The good thing is my tickets will be used. The bad thing is that his 9-year old son is going with him. I might be setting this kid up to live a life of broken hopes and dreams as he becomes a State football fan. Somebody ought to have me arrested. 🤣
