Hard to argue with that.
However . . . if we're gonna be superstitious, I'm really reluctant at this point to mess with tonight's helmet and pants combo.
Black helmet, white jersey, garnet britches has never been worn vs. Tillman, & of note, it is the complete inverse of the 3-0-1 uniform. It could work.
This uniform combo needs to get the green light next week.
It has a pretty abysmal record up there.
All 4 of our losses were in white britches this season. I say we leave them at home.
I love people who say "britches." It is such a great throwback word.
And hey, I am endlessly superstitious about football, so I am on board with GWB combo.
That game ended in a tie. We were a decided underdog & actually blew multiple opportunities to win it in the 4th, including a VERY makeable field goal with a minute remaining.
