Amazing that two missed free throws by a 5th year senior are gonna kill us when UA freshman knocks down two

They just chock all the way around. Ugasuck had plenty of time to get closer for that shot. We just don’t have BB IQ at all

When you dont think you can win, you dont.
Total shutdown for five minutes is inexcusable.

Was telling myself I knew it would come back to bite us when we made stops or got turnovers about 3-4 trips in a row up one but couldn’t capitalize on the other end and extend our lead.

I really think if we lose to Vandy we don't win a conference game this year.

They played hard and with heart and dignity after being shat on by their ‘fans’ on social media and in the presence of the opposition taking up 50 percent of the seats in their home arena against the number two team in the country. Played well enough to have won but came up short. Better days are ahead.

I was there. The showing by their fans was impressive.

We didn't play well enough to win if we didn't win. Bad at the line, not good from beyond the arc, either.

Forced up ridiculous shots underneath after passing up numerous decent looks from outside because all the players know they can't hit perimeter jumpers.

I've seen a lot of Division One basketball in my time. I have never seen a worse shooting team. Offensive ineptitude will condemn us to an awful season.

I agree that the effort was outstanding. No one could ask for better effort.

It's amazing how many "fans" come out of the woodwork when a team is winning. Just look at how much orange is visible in this state depending upon the W-L record of the that community college in the upstate.

It was amazing today, almost as if we were playing Kentucky.

Agree with you (on the shooting) but our biggest issue this year is a lack of on-court leadership. Particularly from our guards. Night and day from last year. I'm hopeful this will change with the current recruiting class.

This was pointed out to me by the gentleman who hosted me at the game yesterday - a season ticket-holder to both men's and women's basketball. You are correct. You need at least one guard on the floor at all times to make sure the right things are happening and we do not have one. We're groping around aimlessly on offense out there, which probably accounts for all the desperation shots when the shot clock is about to expire.
