Only because the computers hate us. It’s the same thing with our NET ranking. I think everyone knows we have a better chance than that. Not saying we will win, but no one who actually pays attention thinks we only have a 10% chance to win.
Those same brilliant computers gave us a 5% chance at UT.

I can see why it's +11. but it still looks fairly close, home court might be the difference.

Watching their last game, although I don't know if it is any indication, I like our chances inside the paint.

On SEC Nation this AM ESPN analytics give Gamecocks a 3% chance to win the conference.I hope Lamont is using this disrespect as a motivator. In fact I’d be shocked if he wasn’t.

Edited to scouting report/perspective

Other than the suggestion to strategically put us at the line rather than drive at times, that wasn’t much of a scouting report.
1. That FT% figure is largely due to Josh Gray shooting his weight. Most of the Gamecocks with 10+ minutes of PT per game are decent to excellent free throw shooters.
2. By all means Auburn, get your guys in foul trouble. Let us know how that goes for you.
