You think we are going to outscore Florida by 4 runs in the last 7 innings of our season in Gainesville?

and that is a testament to the mental toughness Cohen instills in his players and we are fortunate to have him as our coach and not have Polk around anymore...

we have proven throughout the year we are not YET good enough to take 2 of 3 from the likes of Vandy, SC and UF...

at least we are no longer getting swept by these clubs...give Cohen another year or 2 and we will be challenging the country's best...

I'm proud of what they've done.... not giving up yet on this game but win, lose or draw I'm proud of what they did...

we probably wont win, but we are gonna score some runs on this guy. We went through the order and everyone hit the ball. We will get some hits next time through the lineup.

You really are a f'n douchebag

we have a chance to win this. Our outstanding lineup has let this midweek starter throw 24 pitches in 3 full innings... outstanding game plan.

that is exactly what happened, genius. Don't quit your day job (assuming it has nothing to do with sports).

I think UF has the better team. I'd be an idiot (rugbdawg) to think otherwise. However, to think we had no shot whatsoever means you just don't know baseball. Hell if it wasn't for the fact that we completely ran out of arms (or if Norris executes), we had a damn good shot at winning. Do you disagree with any of this?

Cohen knew this...which is why he didn't pull him in the 2nd. We were screwed at that point unless we had a random ******* performance. We did with Jones...but his pitch count got up there from him having to throw so much on Friday.

It's not Cohen's fault that Stark and Norris couldn't throw strikes. Then again, they haven't pitched in a long time so it was a difficult position to put them in...but we had no other options.

Cohen was nearly flawless this weekend. The only mistake he made was puttin Graveman in for mop up duty on Friday instead of Stratton. But, he had no idea Reed would have to pitch 5+innings yesterday. Overall, a great weekend for us. We were outclassed at every single position...but almost pulled it out.</p>
