Like it or not, his analytics tell the story of what’s going on around the league. Hopefully, as I mentioned early in a post, the league hopefully had a sit down with the refs over the weekend….as both games yesterday had wayyyy better flows.
As for the numbers for state, none of what he said was surprising if you’ve watched our games in SEC play. One thing he left out was that MSU has played all top 25 teams besides Vandy. I do believe we are a .500 club without the volume of scorers…..and relying on our worst free throw shooter to lift us up at the charity stripe is a downer….coupled in with ticky tack undisciplined fouls on defense.
We have to overcompensate with our scoring defense to offset our shatty offensive production. We basically play with 3 offensive players all game….which doesn’t lead to efficient numbers at all. We are who we are….need to play smarter on D and make our free throws, bottom line
