Baseball lineup.......

As we play more games, I'm sure it will become more clear what our lineup should be, but right now the only guys I think that actually have cemented a place in the lineup is Turner, Sneed, C. Powers, Hardy and Nappi. I think maybe T. Moore and Freeman might have just played their ways in.

Right now, I'm thinking our best is:

C-Freeman, maybe Johnny Allen, don't know yet
1B-T. Moore
2B-B. Turner or R. Powers when Turner's hurt
SS-Sneed
3B-C. Powers as long as he hits and doesn't make errors
LF-Nappi
CF-Hardy
RF-Rice
DH-Flagg, he has to play everyday, strictly for his HR/SO ratio to even out

I think Goforth and Hogue should only play in late innings when the game is tight.

goforth and hardy have't really done anything to make me believe thay then make a solid contibution for a whole season. i say we give some newcomers a longer look.

can go get it as well as anyone he has ever had, and that's saying a lot considering some of the outfielders we have put out there over the years. I know that was one hell of a catch he made in right last night. It was a thing of beauty.
