When do high school/JC prospects sign LOI?

Do we have a left handed power hitting 1st baseman on our radar?

Is there a site on the net that follows baseball prospect the same as other sports?

I believe that there are two signing periods for baseball- one in Nov. and one that is in the spring sometime.

Don't know about the first baseman, and there aren't very many recruiting sites devoted to baseball, unless you want to pay a subscription to the Team One website. They changed their name to something else, though.

I did find an interesting tid bit on a site that will give us all a glimmer of hope for next years incoming class on the diamond as per www.PGCrosschecker.com . Look at recruit #4. The site claims this list to be current as of todays date. Does this mean Burroughs went out and got Raffy's boy that quick?
