Well, it sounded significant . . . to the writer of the article.

In reality, it’s too early to apply that phrase to Beamer in a meaningful way. Maybe in 10 years.

Lembo had already been a head coach 3x prior to comin to USC, though, so I would not say Beamer had anything to do with his development. I would say HE had a lot to do with Beamer's development as a young coach.
