May have been an unreliable source but I read an article where collective will be coming to and end. There will be profit sharing for all athletes (weighted towards revenue sports). All football players on a team would be paid equally.
In addition, true NIL deals would have to be run through a national clearing house for a approval / legitimacy. It wouldn't be perfect. It would give teams with big boosters that own businesses an advantage, but it would clean up the current pay for play / collective.
I don't either but do you have a better solution given that NIL is here to stay? A regional clearing house, conference clearing house or no clearing house at all? Would that be better? That all sounds good. But do you trust a "national clearing house" to be effective and fair in limiting third party NIL deals? I don't.
I just want to know who really knows? Without authentication, these are just random numbers to me.It was reported that he was making 4 million at UGA
Too many people reporting these numbers for them all to be wrong. However there is sorta a fire buy right now due to the impending rule changes in June. There is some thought it will limit pay of play greatly .I just want to know who really knows? Without authentication, these are just random numbers to me.

I think most of us agree that the current transfer rules and the collectives need to change / be abolished. NIL isn't going away. In my opinion, this sounds like a reasonable solution. I'm sure it won't be perfect but...
Maybe it's just me but he does not look to me to being a $4 million QB. He won't have near the talent surrounding him at Miami than he had at UGA.Is this screwed up or what???

And what is THEIR source? They are a reporting arm. I want to know what authoritative entities disseminate this information. The Athletic is reporting that his number is closer to 3 million.
I do not possess the resources to ascertain their source of this information. Perhaps you should direct your question directly to The Athletic. And what is THEIR source? They are a reporting arm. I want to know what authoritative entities disseminate this information.

Yes, he is just not used to the gauntlet that is the ACC.I was never enamored with his play either. I am very curious to see how he handles being on a team without massive talent.
Overall likely true but Georgia’s WR’s were an underwhelming group.Maybe it's just me but he does not look to me to being a $4 million QB. He won't have near the talent surrounding him at Miami than he had at UGA.
They were awful.Overall likely true but Georgia’s WR’s were an underwhelming group.
Led the nation with 31 drops.Overall likely true but Georgia’s WR’s were an underwhelming group.
If that's true how much money is Garnet Trust raking in from fans? A bunch of guys have gotten deals.True or not (I saw it on Facebook, so, taken with a grain of salt), I saw that Lanorris’s 2.7mill is more than Rattler’s rookie per yr contract. And yeah, it’s all nuts.
Revenue sharing is coming, but that's not going to end the collectives. The collectives are going to be the gravy on top that compensates the bigger names more, just like they're doing now.May have been an unreliable source but I read an article where collective will be coming to and end.
