...A guy from LA (who sounded like he knew what he was talking about, but who knows..) claims Jindal could call for evacuations as early as Friday if the forecast holds with contraflow possibly starting Saturday.

Now.. I don't know what any of that means but for all of us going to the game it sounds bad.

football game 250 miles away. LSU on the other hand will have problems.

...what happens from 5:45pm until the final horn, but I bet it will ever-so-slightly effect the leisurely drive over and back.

USM will be standing on the highway offering free tickets to the 4 lanes driving north so they can try to fill their stadium.

have better things to worry about than a college football game.

Based upon the storm's track, I don't think contraflow will be an problem until Sunday -- it won't make land fall until Tuesday. I don't know how far into Miss contraflow goes, but it might effect those driving back south.
