I was trying to think of a State guard who was the best at slashing to the basket -- not necessarily the best passer or jump shooter. Someone would could drive the lane for a layup or kick it out to spot shooter. Is Jamont Gordon the best in that capacity?

Help me out here, my lack of basketball knowledge is showing.

I think it's hard to beat Jamont because you would have to respect the person driving the lane for their ability to finish. Maybe Zimmerman or Bowers but I just don't see them getting defended as much as Jamont when they drove. Remember, Jamont's strength is his strength .
