I appreciated the heck out of him, but he was stupid as all get out to leave school early to go pro.
Stumbling over a name is understandable. Mistakenly referring to a team as another team in the same conference could probably happen to anybody. But I don't really understand how anybody who has been around college football for going on 40 years could suddenly invent a 55 yard line. 
Having said that, Todd is our guy and I love hearing his over-exhuberent calls.

Actually I can appreciate Todd's mistakes during these plays. He's a true fan of the program and as a true fan, he gets just as excited as we do during these plays. Every football season I have to clean the flying chips from under my sofa on a weekly basis.
Todd always sounds like he needs to clear his throat. Being a homer is about the only thing he has going for him as a play by play announcer.
I like Todd and his screw ups are out of genuine excitement!! Love it when Tommy starts laughing and whooping it up!!
