I had the sound off throughout the game and was puzzled when the screen showed the above title and displayed pictures of four coaches. The winningest coach had just over 200 wins. Joe won more games than the top two coaches combined. Was there some disclaimer or reason stated that Joe wasn’t included?

Probably was only counting wins in B1G, not wins as an independent.
If they were referencing games won as a coach in the BigTen, then Joe's wins with PSU in the B1G would be counted from 1993-2011. I don't know what that number is off the top, but it would be far less than 200 over those 19 seasons. He amassed a whole bunch of the 409 from 1966-1992.
I added up Joe‘s wins as a Big 10 coach. He has 162 wins, conference and non-conference. He has 95 conference wins.

Joe had 95 wins "over B10 teams" while as a member of the Big 10, over the period 1993-2011.
If it was re: all games conference and non-conference, he had 162 wins.

I think your idea is a very good one. I was at that Arizona game. That was the team that was so hyped with 'speed' that everyone was gifting them that win. I don't recall who all they were touting with their 'speed', but they had Trung Canidate and Dennis Northcutt. Everyone was expecting Penn State to have a real problem with their 'speed' that day. It was over early.
Yeah, but the same hypocrite bastiches consider ‘94 Nebraska an all time B1G team. They weren’t in the conference.
