I just read an interesting factoid. When Neeli starts, 7 of the 14 B10 universities will have female Presidents. Offhand, I’m not sure how many students are female, percentage wise, but I suspect it may be a majority. I’m too lazy to look it up.

Is the job that unimportant that gender is the most important skill? These people do have some impressive qualifications. Try leading with those, it's more respectful towards them since it doesn't make them look like mere tokens.
The last 2 PSU Presidents have set a pretty low bar so she will have that going for her.
PSU made it clear that DEI was the main factor in selecting the next president. Given that, it’s no surprise that Neeli got the job. I’d be willing to bet she wasn’t the best choice in terms of qualifications.
Do we know that all 7 of these presidents identify as female? What are their pronouns? Same goes for the other 7 apparently male presidents.
