...saw a record breaking high temperature of 67 degrees. We're talking Alaska. On the day after Christmas. Pretty amazing.

Meanwhile, if you are looking for a place where there is ample snow upon which to ski and board, the Lake Tahoe Basin has you covered. The Basin has received about 200 inches (that's about 20 feet) of snow in December 2021, which is more than any other December in the last half century. They had to close Interstate 80 from Auburn, CA to Reno, NV for several days on account of the snow and wind, which was gusting up to 100 mph in some places.

Edit: I meant to say "that's about 17 feet." Not 20 feet. Math was obviously not my strongest area.

I was in SLC about ten years ago for work, the week before Memorial Day. I drove up into the wasach mountains and one of the passes still had 12 feet of snow.

It’s almost as if certain of you PSU fans who purposely avoided any and all technical courses in your undergraduate studies ( if any) can’t seemingly grasp the simple concept of cyclical climatology.

Yes it’s cyclical, but science is beyond you per via 2021 NASA observation...

Read the following and then tell us what’s happening. The jet stream doesn’t lie.

Well El Nino must be a new phenomenon.😁
Meanwhile, Alaska in December set a record for the highest temp ever from October to April and icebergs are melting at a record pace.
