arrives at 1:43am and the shooting starts at 1:45am and Miller's defense is "I didn't know the gun was in my car."
Do you walk away scott free? Gun or drugs (doesn't matter), do you walk away with no charges and no basketball suspension?

Remember how the law is done in the State of Alabama especially when it comes to a high profile athlete with Alabama wanting to win a National Championship. Like you have laws for the common citizen and laws for the high profile athlete. Just like when you are driving your automobile the driver of the car is responsible for the passengers and what they carry. If the passenger has a beer and the police stop them the policeman is going to charge to driver for an open container according to the law and the passenger basically gets off free. So say what you want but why the law enforcement did not charge Brandon Miller for being an accesory to the crime is beyond me. He gave his buddy the gun and noone can tell me that he did not know the gun was in his car. Please!
