I am a huge Bills fan and have been for decades as well as a huge PS wrestling fan. (My 2 favorite teams) So this video is especially cool for me when 2 of my favorite coaches in 2 different spots come together. Sean McDermott was also a 2 time National Prep champion, hence the wrestling connection. I hope you enjoy it in case you have not seen it.

I always think its pretty cool when coaches visit other programs regardless of the sport to see how other successful coaches run their programs and look for things they can implement in their own programs. Big sign of respect for Cael and the program as a whole.
