Anyone who knows anything about coaching basketball knows that having better players in practice makes the whole team better. There are always going to be scuffles and personality conflicts on any team. If you have a team that never gets into in practice then you don't have a team that is going to compete for anything. Players who want to win sometimes get pissed at each other.
