Buy because the baseball Gods hate me. I will say one thing about Polk- he does pull a miracle every now and then that is unexplainable by conventional baseball wisdom, ie that's baseball- see 2005 SEC Tournament and 2007 SR run.
Apparently, Bama, LSU, Auburn, and I guess Arkansas are all bad enough that it could happen.
The one thing that is against us is we play Bama, LSU, and Auburn on the road, but that might help the team because they won't have to face the dreaded pressure that our fans put on them at Dudy-Noble.
I find it very odd that the SEC East is so much better than the west right now.
