Every time I see pictures from practices, it puts me in the mood for eating marshmallows.
Do they wear striped pants in practice just to make us wonder about uniform changes?

I imagine it's because QB's are untouchable (literally) in practice, so they have no need for the extra protection around the helmet.But the QBs don't wear the goofy shells. Why is that?
I believe the QB now just wears the same color as the defense in practice.But then shouldn't they be wearing red jerseys?
After the Dak Prescott broken hand injury, the broadcaster said the other players wore those helmets to reduce hand injuries to QBs during practice. Hence, why the QBs are not wearing them. I also thought though they were to prevent head injuries so why not wear them?But the QBs don't wear the goofy shells. Why is that?
