Which one is going to Miami, Good Beck or Bad Beck? Or are they a package deal?
They may get good Beck with this 2025 schedule, still no Clemson?

At least they play Notre Dame

Miami football schedule 2025

  • Week 1: vs. Notre Dame
  • September 6: vs. Bethune-Cookman
  • September 13: vs. USF
  • September 20: vs. Florida
  • TBA: vs. Louisville*
  • TBA: vs. NC State*
  • TBA: vs. Stanford*
  • TBA: vs. Syracuse*
  • TBA: at Florida State*
  • TBA: at Pittsburgh*
  • TBA: at SMU*
  • TBA: at Virginia Tech*

Not exactly easy. ND, UF, L'ville, @Pitt, @SMU, @ VaTech, Syracuse.

Stands to make more money staying in college as opposed to turning pro.
He is already a Pro! He plays for money just in a different league. Last year he bought a $300,000 Lamborghini and had a plane at his disposal with Georgia. What is Miami offering??

No clue but some anonymous school offered Ewers $6M to enter the portal and sign with them instead of entering the draft. Maybe Miami?

This system is crazy, hate it, but at least we are filling our portal needs. Have to give Beamer credit, he seems to embrace the portal and maximize it.

Never thought he was that good.... He was steady and wouldn't lose a game by making a stupid decision, but I can't say he'd go out and win one either.

Not worth that money for sure imo

While he had some great moments, I thought he was a notch below the quarterbacks UGA has had in the past.
He won’t be surrounded by as many great players as he was with the Dawgs but he will probably be fine. I am surprised that he decided to leave. I guess the girlfriend was a factor.

It looks like Kirby sent him on his way. UGA could have kept him if money was the issue. He was good but not great. He always throws behind the receiver or throws high, especially in the middle of the field and he can turn into a turnover machine in an instant. His injury usually takes 9 to 12 months to fully heal so he may not even be available until October.

Rumors are that he was not a beloved teammate. I doubt UGA misses a beat without him.

Full recovery is expected either by Spring or mid summer, per what his medical team advised Mario Cristobal.

This is what I found regarding recovery. He may be "recovered" by mid summer but I doubt he will be 100% pre injury. I'm sure he will have top notch rehab and doctors but he is still a human and has to heal completely to be a top tier college qb.

It can take nine months to one year or longer to return to competition. Athletes may need to gradually return to throwing, starting with one arm at a time. They may also need to continue a strengthening and stretching program.

You've provided a general prognosis which is fine, but I would have to defer to the prognosis of his personal physician. Obviously the time table can change due to several variables.

Conference wise, Beck is going from super competitive and busy Metropolis to tired old sleepy Mayberry!

If your girlfriend was one of the Cavender twins, you might want to be in Miami too!

I think he means football program wise. That said, Da U is in a straight up ghetto if you've ever been to the campus.
?????
You obviously have never ever been on the campus. The U of Miami is in Coral Cables bordered by San Amaro Dr. where homes in that zip code are easily 1.5 million and upwards.
