Interesting scenario would be
UGA undefeated loses to LSU, Bama or Ole Miss with 2 loses in SEC championship.
You would have 1 loss Tennessee ,1 loss UGA and a 2 loss Conference champ.

who goes if they only take 2.

Georgia…and the Big would likely get two teams in that scenario.

If 2016 has taught us anything, it’s that 2-loss teams can’t make the playoffs.

What’s that (placing fingers to ear as if listening to the booth)? I’m being told that rule only applies to Penn State.

Back to your originally scheduled rants.

Might get interesting as well if TCU drops a game and then the UM-OSU game finishes extremely tight, with the winner going on to dominate in Indy. That might make for an argument to include two B1G teams.

As much as I dislike UM, such a scenario might benefit PSU because it would send us to the Rose Bowl.

I’m hoping for

Georgia vs. Michigan
Ohio Stare vs. Tennessee

That could put the Nits into the Rose Bowl if they win out and Illinois ends up with 4 losses.
The BIG West (whoever wins) will have 4 losses counting their loss in BIG champ game. They are not part of any major bowl discussion.

Doesn’t matter. They’ll take the highest ranked team. Which would be us.

If Mich & OSU both make CFP & PSU wins out, it’s a 100% lock that PSU would end up in Rose Bowl.

The other thing to consider is how that team's fanbase travels. Sorry Illinois or any other team in the West

The Nebraska fan base travels well…..but the Nebraska team itself doesn’t travel well HAHA!
