wasn't that the false start with 48 sec left, which by rule (if the team that commits the foul in the last minute of either half has no TOs left) means that 10 sec are run off the clock? If so, the clock was run down to 38 sec. due to the penalty. I think that's what happened, though I can't recall if it was that, or if the penalty was called at 38 sec, and thus the clock was run down to 28 sec.
