Is in his 5th season at UCLA, his first three seasons were bad, but he turned the corner last year and is 7-1 this year. I can't imagine any SEC program, other than Vandy, giving a coach that much time. Obviously, he came in with a lot of credentials. Think of the number of coaches UF has jettisoned after 3 years.
