Time will tell, but it seems that Jans' focus is on winning and winning now. If players develop into NBA talent along the way, so be it. That's probably the JUCO in him. That's the way to do things nowadays with the portal and NIL. Like Kiffin said, HS recruiting will take a dip in favor of more proven-game ready talent.
