And was beaten by us with only three and Tennessee with just two…. Maybe they have no one that can develop these kids on their staff.

W/O a QB or a coach too stubborn to play the right QB, stars are irrelevant.
Their defense took a pretty big step back this year as well. I think the coaching turnover on both sides of the ball set them back quite a bit.
Sooner or later what goes up will eventually Come Down. Really have enjoyed watching the taters lose this year. Felt a lot better about our ND Loss after watching their game. Really feel sorry for Shipley. Kid is running himself to death over there in Cow Town
I believe they may be trending down a tad - let`s hope so.
Replaced Venables with a tuba player from the band. That guy never played football past pee wee league. Analyzing defense, watching film, etc. is a lot different than making calls on the run, live action. He wasn’t such a, as CU fans told me, defensive genius after all.
Funny (odd) thing is that DJU had better stats/rating as a frosh than Klubnick did.,,,and was just as highly touted. Will be interesting to see what the Oregon State coaches can do with him. I'm guessing he returns closer to his freshman year form as I believe the issue lies elsewhere.
