So true. I won't be making this Fiesta Bowl. In fact, I think I'm a TV guy from here on out. The first text I got after the game was from my oldest son. He said, "we get another game to enjoy and we get to watch it together." At this point, that defines PSU Football for me. The first game I recall watching that had my sons as semi enthused observers was....you got it Miami vs PSU for the NC. Our youngest was 3 and the oldest was 5. We had just returned from Disney and gathered around the TV at my brother's home in Perkasie. My Mom and Dad, brother, sister in law, nephews, wife and sons. The boys kept asking why they couldn't see Coach Sarra on the TV. LOL
Well, this time we won't have my Mom and Dad, sister in law, or my wife. But Penn State football gave us one more chance to "push the sun back up into the sky and give us another day of fall." LOL
Color me thankful.
