I'm not willing to research the chances of that happening, but I've never heard of a refund based on the product exceeding expectations.

Is Matress Mac involved in this deal?

Do they figure if the teams are good they will make enough in single game ticket sales to make up the difference?

What happens at the end of the season when they have 34 combined wins, and it's Senior day, and the coach plays the bench players for longer than a few minutes?

*Refund amount is for the season ticket purchase price only and does not include the required donation amount for a MBB season ticket or parking.

I figure between donation, parking & concessions, they’re probably refunding maybe 1/4 of their revenues. Still a good promotion.

All I can say is at least one of those teams must really suck. 35 wins is not a very high bar for 2 basketball teams each playing 30ish games.

Looks to me like they are betting on their own failure. They should flip it so it says by November 3rd if we haven't won 30 games you get your money back.
