Says we won't ever really be a power hitting team because of the size of the ballpark.

Basically reiterated some of what we've already heard from him. I think he was in a hurry, he wasn't on long at all.

He says they will be young and very energetic, and preach his atack, attack, attack philosophy.......especially on the basepaths. Like dawgpound said, he wants to have some pop in the middle of the order, but he wants a team with speed throughout the lineup to help take advantage of Dudy-Noble's bigger size.

Another thing he mentioned was the incoming class for MSU...it may feature a little more of the juco flavor this year. He also said we may bank some of the recruiting money this year, suffer the consequences his 1st year("eat it") was his term, and double up next year.
