I’m starting to turn the corner on him and have been critical in the past, but looking back he realized he wasn’t the right guy and made the call. We could have easily had Joe for a year longer than we did.

This is what I’ve come to accept. You have to give Cohen 2 chances every sport he makes a hire for. But it would be a bad year to be a middle of the road program having to make a hire with all the top programs looking (*looks at Ole Miss)

Agree. The Moorhead hire was universally lauded as a great hire. Cutting bait so quickly when the writing was on the wall was even more shrewd.
