I would hate to see Stepp go. I think a lot of him as a person and as a coach.
I agree with that. He also is a great recruiter!
I don't know what to think about him. Seems like a good person. But our WR room was in shambles at the end of this year. And while I THINK we got some good players on the way, they're either freshmen or transfers from G5 teams...so we don't really know. The only WRs he's brought in that's performed well are Juice and Brooks. Hasn't hit on any HS kids yet. He needs to stepp it up...hehe
It would make sense with how the WR room was gutted. Perhaps he’s just moving to TE though. Not sure he’s ever coached TE.
Where's the upgrade on the defensive side of the ball? - if we're going to address the big issues.
Apparently, the head man doesn't think we have any big issues..... I'm beginning to think that's an issue.

Beamer gets a lot of criticism for not making moves. Well, he just did. He's very close to Stepp. And he just hired over him. Sounds like Stepp didn't like it either.

No sir. He was actually extremely fortunate that he had inherited Legette. He should get credit for his development. But he's the only one.
