Controversial call wins game for Marquette vs Seton Hall

I tried to link it but could not get it to work. SH player shoots a lean in 3 in a tied game with 1.8 seconds left. The defender is called for the foul. It appears as though the defender caught an elbow in the chin. This call was the worst I have seen this year.
