I would understand if he had played for us. But he played for Ole Miss. I don’t give a crap what former OM quarterbacks are doing. And I’m sure most people on here don’t really care either.

Sorry, but he never played for us. What makes him different from any other high school kid that ever played football in MS that never played for us? He won 1 game for a team not in our conference, why should we care?

I'm glad he left Ole Miss and is now becoming successful at Illinois. Like to see Starkville kids do well.......but not at Sharkland.

Well, they did stomp Virginia, stomped Mich. St. @ Lansing, stomped Indiana, and accounted for themselves pretty well vs Ohio St. @ Columbus before fading late. And several B10 pundits felt they would make a lot of noise in the B10 this year. You must be thinking of some past Maryland teams when they were not much better or worse than us.
