Could Meyer and a "proven" HC co-exist at Fl?

I see no way a "proven" HC is going to go to Florida if Meyer is still involved in the football program. A Stoops or Petersen type wouldn't enter a system with Meyer still hovering over it would they?

I can't see Foley allowing Meyer to be a puppet master when not the HC, thereby hurting the program. He's not stupid.

....folks are reading too much into the Meyer remaining involved stuff. Meyer is not going to be running the football program. Right now they're just saying he will be a special assistant to Foley. They're probably doing that so he can still collect a paycheck and keep his benefits.
