Croom, JoMo, and CZA all failed

IN PART, by trying to shoehorn their offense into a team w/ personnel that wouldn't fit at the time.
Croom=West Coast into JWS' system
JoMo=whatever that was into Dan's read system
CZA=whatever that is into the pure Air Raid

Croom is to be at least admired for cleaning up the riff-raff left over from Jackie
JoMo and CZA were gifted w/good teams and totally screwed things up by arrogance and in CZA's case: gross lack of wisdom

In my opinion, Leach also failed at shoving his offense onto a roster that didn’t fit it. That 2020 team was total garbage.

The key differences is that Leach was given enough time to turn the roster over.
Croom was given that time and obviously never figured it out.
JoMo was given a little time, but it was clear he didn’t know how to run the whole program early on.
CZA is showing all of those signs of lack of control early on. I’m happy we are changing.

Mullen walked into a situation in which there was really only one direction we could go and he obviously sprinted that way.
