His love for Jimmy Swaggart rules him out.Chris Jones… got a big personality and arguably the top lineman in football
At this point, what are the odds of hosting while Cox and Dak are still in the NFL?I could see Fletcher Cox or Hardy being our next guest picker if we ever host the show again. The odds of us hosting during a Cowboys or Chiefs bye week is low
I'm pretty sure Fletcher Cox is already retired. At this point, what are the odds of hosting while Cox and Dak are still in the NFL?
Nothing against Jackie, but he's not really enough of a celebrity to be the guest picker. Just have him drop by to say "hey".

GoatIt probably want happen again in my life but…..
Who would be the best guest picker if game day ever came back to StarkVegas?
Personally, I’d love to see Hardy sitting next to Saban
John Grisham
That's my point!**I'm pretty sure Fletcher Cox is already retired.
Either him or AJ BrownKnowing ESPN, it would probably be Archie Manning.
Yep, I think this is his first season being retired.I'm pretty sure Fletcher Cox is already retired.
Is that a common issue for you? That's my point!**
I meant Chris Jones, but the post I was responding to mentioned Cox, so I had Cox on the brain (NTTAWT)
Safe to say, I won't be the guest picker.
Look up Patrick Willis numbers. Dude was maybe the best LB in the NFL for about two seasons and his overall stats are worse than KJ Wright. No clue how he got in. Saying all that, I could see Cox in within his first 3 years.Yep, I think this is his first season being retired.
In about 5 years, it’ll be interesting to see how many votes Cox gets for the hall of fame. I think he’s going to end up in the hall of fame one day, but I’m not sure he’s a first ballot.
Well tell me who has a better resume at MSU before he got here?I don't understand the obsession with Jackie Sherrill he did get us to Atlanta 25 years ago but in 13 seasons he went to 6 bowls lost 4 and posted a very mid 75-75-2 record
Allyn McKeen...and Dan was 6 wins away from more wins in 5 less seasonsWell tell me who has a better resume at MSU before he got here?
We were a crippled under nourished dog that got kicked by everyone before the Kang arrivedI don't understand the obsession with Jackie Sherrill he did get us to Atlanta 25 years ago but in 13 seasons he went to 6 bowls lost 4 and posted a very mid 75-75-2 record
McKee was 80 years ago. Mullen was unquestionably the best coach we’ve had in the modern era. But Jackie brought MSU back from depths you couldn’t imagine. Croom level bad or worse for 30 years.Allyn McKeen...and Dan was 6 wins away from more wins in 5 less seasons
So 1948 until 1991. Thanks for proving my point.Allyn McKeen...and Dan was 6 wins away from more wins in 5 less seasons
Must not have been actively watching around 96 97 98. Beating Bama 3 straight . 17 ing up Steve Spur . Beating Um in Oxford to go to the ship . I guess you had to be there before actually when it was just as bad as it is now to appreciate what he did . He and Mullens paths were similar . If you look at the overall “meh” .But the highs were spectacularI don't understand the obsession with Jackie Sherrill he did get us to Atlanta 25 years ago but in 13 seasons he went to 6 bowls lost 4 and posted a very mid 75-75-2 record
