Which means he took in our dismal performance. I don't know how much one game sway's a recruit's final choice, but he can't have been enamored with what he saw from us.

Maybe/ I'm sure it's different from recruit to recruit, but what does a kid think when see witnesses such? Does he think; "What a cluster! I don't want to be anywhere near that mess. That won't help me at all!".

Or, does he think; "Boy, the competition there must not be much. I'm better than that - I can go there, prove it, shine, and be a star! I can be the reason the team is good/great!"

I can't imagine any RB recruit looking at our OL situation and wanting play behind that line.

maybe not the current, but taking a look at the incoming along with the moderate success 2 freshman guys are having that didn't arrive on campus til June, I'd say it's way more attractive than what the field of play says.

If you’re a potential 3 year player, you don’t want to lose a year waiting for an OL made up freshman to gel

The flip side is going to a place like Bama and having to wait 1-2 years to even see the field....and perhaps having them sign a top 5* RB or two in the next class. There are no guarantees in life.

As of now they have 20 commitments for the class. None at RB. Imagine that.
