Rowdey Jordan promoted from A Brooklyn to AA Binghampton (NYM)

In Single A Brooklyn, Rowdey was slashing .262/.368/.381/.749 with two homers and 27 RBI in 244 ABs. Obviously his power has been virtually non-existent at this point, but they really love how he gets on base.

Mangum has been out since June - all I could find was he hurt his back and was expected to be out rest of the year.

Mangum is out for the year which is a big setback for him. He really couldn't afford missing time like this in his development. And he had taken a pretty big step and for a brief time had moved up into the top 20 prospects in his organization.

I still wouldn’t be too shocked to see him get a shot at the Mets roster at some point next year. He will be cheap and provide a solid defensive replacement and base runner.

Yeah, I don't see it. But I hope you're right. He probably gets traded and maybe gets a cup of coffee with someone else.
