Waking up around 4:30 am can't fall back asleep.
Don’t feel too bad. Our dogs sleep with me and they would usually rouse around 4:30 am to toilet. Oh yeah, fall back! Awoken at 3:30 am today for bathroom break!

Science says standard time is best re human health, more in line with circadian rhythem.
But the politicians, from Alabama to Wyoming, are all in favor of daylight savings time.
Passed in Senate but blocked by House.
