The Nominations are closed. Preliminary voting in DDDY V begins tomorrow. Here's the rundown. There are four divisions, but only three voting groups (in order to keep the votes relatively even). The four division winners are guaranteed a spot in DDDY V. The next four highest vote getters will join them. Here are the divisions.

* - The Media ***** and Rented Mule Divisions will be grouped together for voting, but highest vote getter from each division is guaranteed spot in quarterfinals.
^ - DDDY 2010 Nominee
+ - DDDY 2010 participant
++ - DDDY 2010 Champion

Mathematically, it will be tough for more than 3 to come from any one group - that's a lot of douche that will not be making it through. Does Coach34, who has made every DDDY have a chance to make it out of a division that includes Forrest Moore, Renardo Sidney and a pair of the douchiest Ole Miss fans ever? A major player in the Cam Newton drama is going to be left out? Cam himself? The Gambler? Perhaps the toughest division to predict is the Media ***** group - all are worthy. The DFCPAD is loaded this year. Mike Slive has some stout competition if he wants to defend his title.

This could be the best DDDY yet. I'm personally looking for Forrest Moore to make a serious run in this thing, especially with them serving Cohen the papers before our game in Oxford.

the 'almighty-look-at-me-I-am-an-honest-coach' Jim Tressel, 'loaner car' Pryor and the Sugar Bowl Committee did not make the cut?

all those douches who made the cut directed some form of douche-yness at the board or at MSU. <div>
</div><div>*EDITED to say their douche-yness, however, should not go unnoted because I have always hated the ESPN media-***** giants of tOSU and USC and glad to see them both in deep trouble with the NCAA.</div>

Couldn't we have just said that because he played along side Erick Dampier that we kinda had a 2 degree of separation for any kind of connection to him?

At best, the conference produces the team the SEC kills in the NC game.<div>
</div><div>Also, are there going to be capsules for each voting round? I may need some reminding on who a few of the people are.</div>

I wonder if it is the fact that people are finally catching on to his lack of coaching...

Why the hell is Stans not on the list himself. He surely does deserve to be the DDDY...
