These guys realize what a challenging job it is. We've had something like 5 or 6 top 20 finishes since 1970. They think we need another Leach type of coach, that is, a coach who does something unique that other SEC schools don't see regularly so we can pull off a few wins from bigger programs with more money.

I definitely agree that we need a “David” coach because we’re not going to be a Goliath.
I don’t agree that our goal is to go 2-6 every year. I don’t agree that we should call Paul Johnson or Rich Rodriguez.
I’m also very skeptical that most coaches would view UCF as a better job than Mississippi State.
