How long before the first Wrongful Death lawsuit?
Hospitals are dangerous places and they must have created this policy due to the bad apples of society.

They basically just said that patients can't be threatening. And...patients can't refuse care from clinicians based on their "characteristics".

Not everything is about politics. I'm just a moderate trying to bring a chill perspective.

While that may be true, some people (myself included) will immediately look to how the rule can be abused. The included the term "racist", which has become so diluted that it can and has been applied in alarmingly mundane situations.

This rule also labels people as "threatening" if say, a female asks for a female doctor. A real female doctor.

Lots of people will chuckle and talk about how something so outlandish would never happen, right up until it does.

Insane - woke people are destroying our country. They are the ones destroying democracy while projecting it onto most of us.
That’s how Hitler did it. Back then people didn’t have a way to fact check and get truthful information….today we do. Yet people are still stupid

Is DEI a safety issue for airlines. I prefer pilots be hired based on merit.
I feel the same when it comes to my doctor

The FAA is actively recruiting ...Targeted disabilities are those disabilities that the Federal government, as a matter of policy, has identified for special emphasis in recruitment and hiring. They include hearing, vision, missing extremities, partial paralysis, complete paralysis, epilepsy, severe intellectual disability, psychiatric disability and dwarfism.
