Isaac beat Fashanu pretty handily on the rep that they showed, OL/DL 1on1s are slanted in favor of the DL but still nice to see his burst there.

Also who was the #58 in blue who won his rep in that video? Got a pretty nice push there. Couldnt tell who the OL was in that one.

I'm really excited to have an aggressive DC like Diaz. He's been around long enough and has enough experience to know when to dial it up and when to be conservative as well.
It will be an interesting change of pace from what we are used to. The boards will meltdown with his high risk, high reward style of play though. His emphasis on turnovers is going to result in giving up some big plays that will upset many of our fans.

True but with our defensive talent I think we'll see more positives than negatives from the new style. In all but 1 game this year we will have better talent. Aggression allows that talent to shine. Conservative calls restrict talent.

I'm happy to start with Purdue compared to Auburn or Minnesota (who the Buckeyes played in this spot last year).

In theory, we should be better vs the pass than the run, particularly early.

Hopefully Purdue can't run against us.

We'll see if our secondary is really one of the best in the country as advertised.

Understand, Jam, I'm hoping for "just" good.
