Director of baseball operations?

He was a grad student coach or whatever its called on the team this year and last year also I believe

He played at Scooba, and then walked on at Ms State. He was Polk's grad asst. His dad's the head coach at Oak Hill Academy in West Point. Seems way too green to be Director of Baseball Operations, unless that jobs not quite as important as it sounds.

complicated of a job. Mostly you are in charge of the on campus recruiting visits...maybe camps.

We've had worse people in that position on the football team.

in his 1st year as a student coach.....graduated from Oak Hill Academy.

Edited to add: the DBO job is more of a office job...they will make all travel arrangements for the team and stuff along those lines.

So basically this job is like Dwight on "The Office"...
